    Hi Heather! I’m a relatively new Sonoma resident. I’m a life coach and I just signed up for the Institute for Integrative Nutrition program, which you may have heard of.

    I saw your latest article in the Sonoma Valley Sun and it looks like we share a lot of interest in the topic of health and nutrition and supporting others to live optimally.

    I just wanted to say “hi”, lovely web site and great article in the Sun. I hope that our paths will cross one day soon.

    Warmly,
    Susan

    Hi Heather;
    I just joined your blog group (I hope it worked). I wanted to let you, and the other paleo bloggers, know about my upcoming new cookbook, Primal Cuisine, Cooking for the Paleo Diet. It is already listed on Amazon and is due out in November.

    My book is a compendium to Primal Body, Primal Mind:Beyond The Paleo Diet for Total Health and a Longer Life, by Nora T. Gedgaudas, CNS, CNT. Nora is based in Portland and she was my nutritionist that got me on the paleo diet three years ago.

    My cookbook is entirely grain free, sugar free (including honey, maple syrup and agave. The book also has many substitutions for dairy for those who are casein intolerant. I am a chef and was a Napa, Ca. caterer for over twenty years, so the recipes are fantastic. I know everyone will enjoy this book and it will help them get started on the paleo diet in a delicious way.

    Thank you for all you are doing to get people off the muffins and eating more grassfed meats, wild fish, nuts seeds and berries.

    To your health,
    Pauli
